MD Overseas FZCO is a precious metals trading company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, jointly promoted and owned by Mr. Vinod Bansal and Mr. Satish Bansal.
Both shareholders began their careers in the bullion trade in the mid-1970s and spent formative years in Hong Kong, then one of the world's principal gold markets. Between them they bring close to five decades of experience in bullion trading, treasury operations, trade finance and international commerce, and the counterparty relationships that come with it.
That experience shapes how the Company trades: carefully, transparently, and with a preference for long relationships over quick ones.
