The Company's legal suffix changed from DMCC to FZCO in accordance with the applicable UAE regulatory framework. The change was administrative in nature, with ownership, management, business activities and operations remaining unchanged.
MD Overseas DMCC was incorporated with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority and commenced trading under its DMCC trading licence.
Both shareholders spent formative professional years in Hong Kong, developing international exposure to bullion trading, treasury operations and global precious metals markets.
Mr. Satish Bansal commenced his professional career in the bullion industry in 1976, establishing a foundation in precious metals markets.
Mr. Vinod Puranmal Bansal commenced his professional career in 1974, beginning a long involvement in international bullion, banking and commerce.

We trade gold and silver bullion. We do not diversify into activities we cannot execute properly, or offer services we are not equipped or licensed to provide.
Specification, price basis, quantity, delivery and settlement are agreed in writing before a transaction proceeds. Invoices, assay information, weights and fineness are stated accurately.
Bullion is sourced from accredited refiners and supplied with assay certification and complete supporting documentation. Where material cannot be properly documented, we decline it.
Counterparty onboarding, screening and origin checks are applied consistently, regardless of transaction size or how long we have known the counterparty.

A graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, Mr. Satish Bansal commenced his professional career in the bullion industry in 1976. Between 1980 and 1985 he worked in Hong Kong, gaining international exposure to bullion trading, treasury operations and global precious metals markets.
With nearly five decades of industry experience spanning bullion trading, refining, manufacturing and international commerce, he provides strategic direction to MD Overseas FZCO and supports its long-term vision.
Mr. Vinod Puranmal Bansal holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics Honours) from the University of Delhi and commenced his professional career in 1974. Between 1979 and 1982 he worked in Hong Kong, developing expertise in international bullion trading, banking, treasury operations, foreign exchange markets and international commerce.
Throughout his career he has developed commercial relationships across international precious metals markets and has been actively involved in supplier development, trade finance, logistics, commercial strategy and enterprise risk management.
Together, Mr. Satish Bansal and Mr. Vinod Puranmal Bansal bring nearly five decades of leadership and experience in bullion trading, precious metals refining, international commerce, treasury management, banking relationships, trade finance, logistics and corporate governance.
